Bruce Monteith is an innovator of superior financial products and alternative healthcare financing. His persistent nature has yielded a blueprint that significantly mitigates the burden of ACA compliance yet caters to the unique needs of a predominately low-wage hourly workforce.
Bruce is also a Principal of El Dorado Insurance Agency, a Texas-based insurance agency providing property and casualty products to service contractors for 50 years. He earned industry designations of Certified Insurance Counselor, Certified Professional Adviser of Insurance, and Accredited Advisor of Insurance.

Christine Del Papa has spent most of her professional career managing the administrative services of multi-unit franchise restaurant operations. Christine joined Corporate Benefits Alliance in 2022. She serves the company by making sure that administration of our proprietary insurance programs is efficient, accurate and compliant with all requirements of both Federal and State regulations.
